History: Private rental property in Green Bay  with a single tenant occupying the lower unit. The upstairs tenants do not report any paranormal activity. Home built in 1944. The tenants daughter and family lived at the residence prior to the current tenant. They also reported activity. 

Claims: Apparition of a woman in a black dress, who was also seen standing over a baby's crib. Feeling of being watched when in the kitchen and basement. Pet behaviors of barking, nervousness, centered toward the basement and kitchen. The dog has been seen peering into the kitchen, then backing away. Electrical disturbances. 

Moon Phase: Waxing Moon 13.25% Full
The video, taken by the tenant, shows the dog approaching the threshold of the kitchen, looking left and right, then backing away. The dog wont go in the basement and is hesitant at times to go into the kitchen. Both of these areas are places the client states she feels she is watched. 
An EVP session was conducted in the basement, one of the more active spots in the home. The dog does not go downstairs and the client feels as if someone or something is watching her. At the start of the EVP session two spirit voices were captured right away, "I got it"and  "another one". As the investigator set down the Ghostark another spirit voice was captured, this time in a much different voice, "keep it by person" as if they noticed that the piece of equipment would be placed near the investigator. Later, the  investigator asked if the male investigator would be sitting in the chair or motioned to the floor. Another spirit voice was captured saying, "Just sit there". We were definitely being watched!
