The first part of any investigation is discovery. We are interested in compiling as much information as possible about the series of events that has led up to your request for help. Take some time to relax, take a pen and paper, and think back to the beginning. Can you recollect when the activity started? Ask yourself a series of questions: Who has experienced the phenomenon? What are your experiences? When do these experiences occur? Where are the "hot spots" for activity? Why do you think you are experiencing paranormal activity? Next think about your senses and ask yourself: What have I seen? What have I heard? Are there any strange smells associated with this phenomenon? Have I been touched or attacked in any way? Are there cold or hot spots in the home or business that you find unusual? Finally are there extenuating circumstances that can differentiate the type of activity or "haunt" you may be experiencing? The second part of the investigation process is the consultation (This will be done in person, over the phone, or via text). We would like to meet with you privately to discuss your case and go over the information you were able to compile during the discovery process. We may ask more questions based on what you present to us. Keep in mind everything is confidential. We want you to be as open and honest as possible without fear of being judged or wondering if you're believed or not. We will also do an initial walk through of the property at that time to evaluate areas of special interest, equipment placement and layout (if deemed necessary prior to the investigation).
The third part of the investigation process is historical records research. We will research such things as land records, census, birth, marriage and/or death records, historical society information, pictures, newspaper archives and internet to gather as much information from an historical point of view before the investigation. Again if you have names, if you have an entity or voice phenomenon and know if it is male or female this is all helpful.
Permission will absolutely need to be granted before we will explore your premises or site. We will NEVER enter a property or investigate without permission from the owner of the property. As much as we love investigating and helping as many people as possible we also love to be educators in paranormal activity and share our experiences. Part of the education material we would love to present are EVP's, pictures, and accounts of investigations, etc.
The investigation! In-arguably the investigation is one of the most exciting parts of the process next to evaluation of evidence. It is important to establish a quiet environment. Part of the investigation process is debunking information that is received whether it be video, audio or otherwise. If the environment is contaminated it is hard to distinguish between what is potential evidence and what is not. That being said, we prefer that there are no animals and there cannot be any children present at the investigation.
Evaluation of evidence is a time consuming (weeks to months) but exciting process of reviewing all of the audio and visual devices for potential evidence. We will post the evidence obtained to this website and will provide a report sent via email to you prior to the reveal with explanation. This is yours free of charge.
The reveal is a time for presentation of evidence whether it be to confirm, or debunk the paranormal or leave undetermined. We are hesitant to reveal such evidence at the time of the investigation because there needs to be a review process of all evidence as a whole to determine its validity. As stated above you will be provided a report as well have access to all of the evidence that will be posted to our website.
